Cancellation Policy
There a 50% deposit required to secure a booking.
Cancellation before 60 days or more, full refund
Cancellation 30-59 days before, a 50% deposit will be refund
Cancellation 15-29 days before, 20% refund
Cancellation 14 days before, or less, no refund.
Cancellation due to Covid, no deposit will be refunded, but bookings can been tranfered to another date.
House Rules
There are several Estate rules and regulations with regard to staying on the Estate. A booklet of these rules is provided for you to read in the cottages. Please take time to look through them.
Fishing rules are clearly listed also in this booklet with regard to catch and release, fishing permits and equipment.
General social behaviour is contained in that booklet.
